Victoria Bennett is in control and in charge all day every day, but she needs help sometimes.
Organizing a romantic proposal weekend for her client in Mexico (she’s never been) would be that time – and the only person available to help her is Nathan Grant, notorious heartbreaker. She knows his past and shouldn’t want him, shouldn’t fall for guys like him, but that hasn’t prevented her from lusting after him for years. It’s just one weekend on the beach, away from people they know, alone with the guy who could cause her perfectly coordinated world to crumble. Shouldn’t be a problem, right?
I've read this novel a month ago so this is a late post but I was in a writing slump and wasn't able to blog about it but here it is:
The main character, Victoria Bennett is organized, follows the rules by the book and is awesome at organizing events. It's no wonder she didn't want to fall for gorgeous Nathan Grant who was notorious of being a heart breaker. I mean, she knew from a friend. I would do the same thing if I was in her shoes.
When they got a chance to work together in Mexico, that's when things started to heat up between the two. I liked how Nathan didn't actually push himself to Victoria but he let showed her that he is not the kind of person people say he is.
This book by the way is a companion novel of Playing Autumn and some of the characters also have cameos here. I've read both books and I can't choose among the too, but I can say that Tempting Victoria is one sizzling-hot book! Wait 'til you read the dialogues that will make you giggle and fell flushed! Boy, Mina's writing with those scenes was so good. LOL
Anyway, you can finish reading Tempting Victoria in a span of a couple of hours but tryst me, it won't disappoint. I enjoyed reading this novel and it has everything I want - fun story, witty dialogues and romance. Highly recommended! <3
RATING: 5 STARS
